What do I need to know?
The Building Safety Act places a duty on Great Places (including Plumlife) to deliver a strategy for engaging with you and other customers about building and fire safety at Worrall St . This is called a Resident Engagement Strategy and its purpose is to make sure that you are informed about fire safety, feel safe in your home, know how to raise any concerns and share ideas you may have.
We have drafted a Resident Engagement Strategy for Worrall St that we would like your involvement with. Anyone who lives in your home and is aged 16 years or over is entitled to have their say so please share this with them.
Over the next few weeks we are hoping that you can spend some time reviewing our draft Resident Engagement Strategy and answer some questions to ensure that when you receive the final version it meets the needs of all Worrall St customers.
You will have three weeks to give us your feedback before we will close the consultation at 11:59pm on Monday 23rd March 2026.
