Introduction

We are reviewing our Repairs Service after you told us that this was one of your priorities as part of our Corporate Priorities consultation, this time last year (January 2024).

Before we do that, we want to understand what is most important to you. Your views are really important to us and we will use the information you share with us to help shape our future repairs service.
