It encourages people to give more thoughtful responses because we can use your feedback to influence potential change

It helps us make sure people follow our community guidelines, making it a safe, constructive environment for everyone using Our Voice
If you consent to answering the optional extra registration questions, it allows us to:
- Track what people think where you live
- Make sure that the customers who get involved with Our Voice are representative of all of our customers
- Invite you to join projects and consultations that you might be interested in or about a service you receive
- It improves the effectiveness of the way we communicate with all our customers
