Mould Man

I have complained using the app itself. but there is no response from the apps.. so that’s useless. hence why then i emailed. this way i have a copy of my emails sent recorded. anyways complained about my family bathroom, whomever suggested have the bath in the middle of the property with no window opening at all. just a measly air vent which leads into the loft. where is the logic in that. so finally a man came and gad a look at the bathroom. saying yes mould is growing although i clean it. same with the vent ceiling. he said i shall put you a better stronger vent in. and regrout the tiles for you, also all properties should have a glass door on the bath not measles shower curtains doesn’t help. vent was cheap fitted in. Great places you sure didn’t think about whilst building the properties. anyways his customer services was excellent and even he understands the situation and why the builders built these properties beats me.
