Once we've checked your details, Great Places' Customer Involvement team will send you a welcome email within 5 working days. Once you've received this, you'll be able to access our members-only Our Voice+ page. We'll add quick activities every 2 weeks until 23 December 2026 that you can take part in to earn prize draw entries!
How do I register or update my details?
In the top right corner of the screen you'll see 'Sign in' and 'Register' options. If you're using your phone, drop down the three lines menu to find these options
If you're new to Our Voice and Our Voice+
Click 'Register' and enter all of your details. Don't forget to click that you would like to join Our Voice+ and confirm that you agree to our terms and conditions. Then click 'Register'. You should receive your activation email pretty quickly. Please check your spam email for this, just in case. Within 5 working days Great Places will check your eligibility and confirm your membership for Our Voice+.
You need to update your details to join Our Voice+
Click 'Sign in' and enter your email or screen name and password. Use the 'Forgot password?' link if you need to update your password. Once logged in, you'll see your screen name in the top right corner of the page. If you're using your phone you'll see the photo you uploaded or the person icon. Click this to go to 'My Account'. Scroll across and click 'Personal info' where you'll see our updated Our Voice+ membership form. Answer or update all of the questions. Don't forget to click that you would like to join Our Voice+ and confirm that you agree to our terms and conditions, then click 'Save'. Within 5 working days Great Places will check your eligibility and confirm your membership for Our Voice+.
