Stress relief and boost happiness

I grew up with animals, often rescues. I find that with pets, especially cats and dogs they can greatly benefit your health, and tackle loneliness. Provided they are in the right hands and are given enough attention they can be incredibly beneficial. The responsibility of keeping the noise of them is on the owner as part of training them and teaching them that the noise they make is unacceptable, and should be controlled. However, in most cases this is not an issue, and I have never encountered any issues surrounding them. In fact, I feel as if the idea of disallowing pets can greatly affect a persons mental health as if they are lonely and may not have any company, they don’t have any other alternatives.
