2026 consultation gone live
In 2024 we came to you asking for your feedback about our very first Building and Fire Safety Resident Engagement Strategy. As Building and Fire safety is regulated, every 2 years we want to consult with you for the next strategy.
We want this strategy to have all the information and opportunities for you to have your say about resident engagement. We have worked with some of our customers from various high rise blocks and co-designed a survey that we would really like for you to complete. By completing this survey you will be in with a 1 in 3 chance to win £50 Love2Shop vouchers/e-gift cards. Please see the T&C’s below.
You will also see on this page that we have some other tools you can read or interact with, such as:
Lifecycle: This shows you the timeline of this consultation
Quickpoll: We are always interested in which way you would like us to communicate with you, if you would like us to use this page for any other Building and Fire safety updates we may have.
Newsfeed: This provides you with all previous Building and Fire safety Resident Engagement information and consultations.
Once you have completed the survey and any of the other tools, come back in a few weeks and find out what everyone has said.
**Prize Draw Terms & Conditions - All completed entries will be entered into a prize draw to win 1 of 3 £50 Love2shop vouchers/e-gift card. There is no cash alternative available. Please note that tenancy issues may be taken into account when the winners are chosen. All activities will close at 11.59 pm on Friday 22nd May 2026 and any submissions completed after this time will not be entered into the draw. Winners will be chosen at random and contacted within 15 working days of the closing date.**

In April 2024 we contacted all customers 16yrs old and over at Park Hill via email, post, text and also provided an option for telephone calls. This was to give you an opportunity to provide us with your feedback on your Draft Building and Fire safety Resident Engagement strategy.
We want to thank all the customers who took the time to give us feedback and also update you on what has happened since.
Some of the feedback we received was around the following areas:
Clarification on the purpose to the strategy
A clearer explanation on the difference between concern and complaint
A request on clearer signage at Park Hill on what to do if there is a fire
We are not able to give you answers to all of these right now as we are still working on them, however, we have made amendments to the strategy to give clarification on areas you mentioned and are working with the local teams to address other concerns not related to the strategy.
In the coming months you will receive your final version of the Park Hill Resident Engagement Strategy. Thank you again for your time and feedback.
