I suppose for me, due to things, we had to move here. We had no choice. School is close. Shops, community centre are close. The play park has gone downhill. The park equipment is not safe.

It's convenient. I like the people. There is not much crime - less than the city.

I'm surprised that we can find a park in the area so close. Its good for fresh air. We can play out with the kids.

What's important? More houses. I've been in a 2 bed for 10 years. I've got a 13 year old and a 7 year old and they're still sharing a room. I've been bidding and bidding, for exchanges and everything. Apart from getting a new house… Open youth centres for kids. The younger ones don't really get to do anything like the older ones.

Things for the kids to do. There's hardly anything. And more affordable housing for rent around here. There's a lack of 3 beds and 4s. There's 5 of us stuck in a 2 bed.

The most important is that we need a park. It's just a deadend park here, you'd see a fire engine every other week. Build more affordable housing. I'm 30 years old and I've never had a council house.

It's silly but I think everything is fine. Maybe one thing - just having roilets in the park is something I can find. I live in Swinton. This is the first time I've come to an event. We want to stay in the area. Comparing with my country I think it's achievable for them to stay in the area.

What's important? This, a park in general. The kids love being interactive with anything. There's never really anything on here. The area as a whole, to get to places, has really good facilities, school… But for the kids going out to play, there's nowhere.

We use the Cornerstone. The kids have their dinner. There should be more for kids. They need to play out more. They need active events, fun games, that they don't have to pay for. More things in the summer - I'd come and help. The area needs a big shake up to sort some of the naughty kids out - there are 12 year olds setting off fireworks. They're sending people in to buy fireworks and they give people abuse if they won't buy them. There should be more communication about what's going on in the area. Not everyone has Facebook.

Places for kids to go - the young ones. Ours are 8, 3 and 2. We live in Swinton. They like big parks and activities, these three.

Community! I'm from Lower Kersal and there's no community spirit there. There is here. There should be things to do for the children. Especially those with additional needs.

Safety first. That's the major concern. Lately lots have popped up - drug farms, armed bullies, chasing people in the street. The area seems to be getting better now, but we need activities for the children in the parks, that kind of thing. They should be easy to get to, after school activities, cost wise and also accessible for everyone.

I live in a Salix property. Some of the community struggle with places to live - private rented. Business premises would also be useful to grow community services. I love the community café at Cornerstones. I want to help to change the area.

Big community. There's help and support. I want a new home.

I work for Living Well, a service provider supporting the lovely people of Salford. Housing appears to be a barrier. So many people are unhappy with their accommodation and reporting it to Living Well. More houses seem to be what the people of Salford require or need.

The diversity of the area and inclusivity of the Clubs and resources available are improving, and helping to improve the quality of the area.

Social and health support that is aligned to the population and its needs. Lots of services are available in the Cornerstone but there could be more. More financial backing - difficult in this climate!
