Energy efficiency and retrofit update

Alongside environmental improvements, our Assets team has been carrying out retrofit works to improve the energy efficiency of homes in Wybourn.

Properties with lower energy performance ratings (EPC D or below) were prioritised, with the aim of improving homes to at least an EPC C rating where possible. The work has included measures such as additional insulation and the installation of solar panels, helping to improve comfort, reduce energy use and lower household energy costs.
