Welcome to the latest edition of the Wybourn Neighbourhood Plan 2025!

It sets out Great Places’ plan for Wybourn over the next three years and beyond.

It informs how we will better prioritise and deliver services and investment in homes, to our customers and in the community.

We consulted with residents across Wybourn to find out your priorities. Your feedback has helped to shape the new plan.

It would be great if you could spend some time looking through the plan and completing a short survey - the survey is at the bottom of the page/QR code. Everyone completing the survey online will be entered into a draw for a chance to win a £50 Iceland or JD Sports voucher*.
