What do I need to know?
The Building Safety Act places a duty on Great Places to deliver a strategy for engaging with you and other customers about building and fire safety at Willow Court. This is called a Resident Engagement Strategy and its purpose is to make sure that you are informed about fire safety, feel safe in your home, know how to raise any concerns and share ideas you may have.
We have drafted a Resident Engagement Strategy for Willow Court that we would like your involvement with. Anyone who lives in your home and is aged 16 years or over is entitled to have their say so please share this with them.
Over the next few weeks we are hoping that you can spend some time reviewing our draft Resident Engagement Strategy and answer some questions to ensure that when you receive the final version it meets the needs of all Willow Court customers.
You will have three weeks to give us your feedback before we will close the consultation at 11:59pmonSunday 22nd September 2024
