The survey is now closed and a winner has been randomly selected and informed. We are now spending time to review everything you have told us over the last few months and will be writing up a message to send out to you soon. This message will let you know some of the things that you have told us are really important to you and if we have any feedback we will share that with you then also.

THE WYBOURN SURVEY IS NOW LIVE!!!!

You told us what was important to you about living and working in Wybourn and from this we have co-designed a survey. We are now interested to see how you would score what is most important to you and how satisfied you are.

If you complete the survey by 11:59pm, Sunday 29th October you are in with a chance of winning £100 love2shop vouchers, please see the terms and conditions below.

Please note that tenancy issues may be taken into account when a winner is chosen. UPDATE - 20/09/23

We want to say a huge thanks to those of you who visited the Our Voice page and took the time to tell us what’s important to you about living and working in Wybourn. We will now use your answers to prepare a survey for the next stage in the Regeneration project in the Wybourn area. This survey will delve deeper into the issues you raised on Our Voice, and we’ll be sharing this very soon.

But first, here’s a few things we can share with you now.

One comment from Our Voice asked about feedback from the survey and when and where residents will be able to see it. There will be important emails, text messages and leaflets to come but please do keep an eye out on our platforms on Facebook and Twitter where we’ll be posting updates, and remember to check here too.

A few of you also raised concerns over the unkept green spaces in and around Wybourn. Keeping the area safe and tidy is important to us and will continue to form part of our Regeneration Plan for areas we are responsible for. As some of you may be aware, however, some of the land in the area is owned by the local authority and not Great Places, including the big field. We’ve reported issues in this area to the local authority, which you can also do here:

There’s not long to go before the survey goes live, so stay tuned! We need your input so that we know what matters most to you.

Do you live or work in Wybourn? In 2023/24 we’ll be preparing a new Neighbourhood Plan for Wybourn that will look to the future. It’s an exciting time and a great opportunity for the people who live and work in Wybourn to get involved in planning for the future.

In June, colleagues met, had a walk around the neighbourhood and discussed how best to reach our customers and get their views on where they live and work. This engagement day was the start of a programme of activity that will help ensure that customers’ views are at the forefront of shaping our future neighbourhood plan for Wybourn.

We want to understand what is important to you about Wybourn, we’ll use what you tell us on the Guestbook page to help co-design a survey. The survey will then be added onto this page to let anyone working or living within Wybourn to have their say. Once we have the survey results we will then use that information to shape the future neighbourhood plan which we aim to deliver in 2024.
