Thanks again to everyone who took the time to share their thoughts about what you’d like to read in future editions of MGP customer magazine. We’ll use what you told us to inform future articles that will cover:


  • MyPlace customer portal: this is our online service that gives you access to our services and your tenancy. We’ll include information on how to register, give more detail on the things you can do in the portal and we’ll also give tips for trouble shooting.

  • MGP customer magazine: we’ll provide information on what you can do should you need this in a different format e.g. printed version to replace digital version etc.
  • Services that matter to customers: we’ll include articles that spotlight services such as tenancy and estate management and anti-social behaviour.
  • We’ll also look to explore how we can support customers to contribute to articles for the magazine
  • Important information for customers’ ( Z cards): these are currently given out by our customer facing colleagues across the regions, they are not currently available online. However, we are looking into how we can ensure all of the key messages included within the z-card are captured on our website.
  • Prize draw: the winners have been notified.

From 2024 we are publishing the My Great Place customer magazine three times a year. Each issue will include important information, ideas and stories from your communities.

We are always looking to improve our communications to you and in our Spring 2024 magazine we made sure that customers received stories relevant to the region that they live in. This was as a result of your feedback in our most recent Customer Communications Survey.

Please note that tenancy issues may be taken into account when the winners are chosen. All activities will close at 11.59 pm on Sunday 12 May 2024 and any submissions completed after this time will not be entered into the draw. Winners will be chosen at random and contacted within 15 working days of the closing date.**
