Update January 2024: Contractors have now been invited to tender (apply) to work with Great Places and complete investment works in our homes in the future. Using feedback from customers about what is important to them, and comments made by customers who have recently had works done, we have set 2 customer-led quality questions for contractors. These questions will test contractors' approaches to customer service and how they would respond to our customers' needs when working in their homes.
Update 12 July 2023: Thank you to all of those customers who told us what would be important to you if you were due to have investment works to your home. We've now closed the surveys, as below. We'll be in touch with the prize draw winner in the next few days.

Great Places is responsible for arranging investment works in your home when these are needed. We have specialist contractors to do this work in your home on our behalf. These works include:
Replacing your kitchen and bathroom
Fitting new windows and doors
Replacing your roof
Works to make your home more energy efficient, depending on your home
We're getting ready to invite contractors to apply to work with us to do these works from 2024, but before we do this we want to understand what would be important to you if you were having work done in your home.
Please tell us in the survey below what would important to you if you were due to have works in your home. All of the things in this list are things that a small group of customers told us would be important to them.
You'll need to register for Our Voice to respond to the survey and enter the prize draw. Click the blue 'Register' button at the top of this page to give us a few details about yourself. If you register and respond to one of our surveys, to tell us what would be important to you for works inside or outside of your home, you'll receive 1 entry in to our prize draw to win £100 Love2shop e-gift card. Answer both surveys and you'll receive a total of 3 prize draw entries.
Prize Draw terms and conditions: All completed surveys will be entered into a prize draw to win £100 of Love2Shop vouchers. Customers who register their details and complete one of the surveys will receive one prize draw entry. Those who register their details and complete both surveys will receive a total of three prize draw entries. There is no cash alternative available. Please note that tenancy issues may be taken into account when choosing a winner.
The survey will close at 11.59 pm on Tuesday 11 July 2023. Any surveys completed after this time will not be entered into the draw. A winner will be chosen at random and contacted by Friday 14 July 2023.
