** Update 28 April**
Thank you to everyone who has completed our survey and told us what would be important to you when keeping your home and garden tidy. We've closed the survey to see what you have told us. We'll contact prize draw winners soon.
** Update End ***
As part of your tenancy agreement, it's important to keep your home in good condition, and this includes the gardens if you live in a house. An untidy home and garden can affect not just your property but also the neighbourhood around you.
We know that sometimes there are valid reasons why people might struggle to keep their homes tidy. These reasons may include;
Health issues. Customers living with physical or mental health challenges might find it hard to manage cleaning and gardening.
Financial difficulties can also make it tough to buy the tools or services needed for maintenance.
Others with jobs or family responsibilities may not have enough time to keep up with everything.
The goal of this consultation is to understand what would be important to you if your home or garden, or your neighbour’s, were untidy and to find ways to make sure we deal with this quickly and effectively. Your thoughts are really important in helping shape the way we support our customers, and the way we deal with issues if customers are not willing to work with us.
Our survey will ask you to tell us a little bit about the home you live in, what support you would expect from Great Places if were issues around keeping your home and garden clean and tidy, and what you would expect if your neighbours home/ garden was untidy. Answer our survey to be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 Love2shop e-gift card.
**Prize Draw Terms & Conditions - All completed entries will be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 Love2shop e-gift card. There is no cash alternative available. Please note that tenancy issues may be taken into account when the winner is chosen. All activities will close at 11.59 pm on 27 April 2025 and any submissions completed after this time will not be entered into the draw. The winner will be chosen at random and contacted within 15 working days of the closing date.*
