Do you know we can help customers to access employment, training, education and volunteer opportunities.
Our Employability Coaches know support can mean very different things for different people, and therefore we know it’s important our approach to support is flexible. Subsequently, we were pleased when Insight, our customer-led scrutiny group wanted to look at our support offer to examine service from the perspective of customers.
Areas we provide support are help to create a CV, cover letters or completing applications, practice for interviews, and fundings applications employment-related costs such as training, childcare, travel expenses or interview and work related clothing or work, apprenticeship, work experience and volunteer opportunities.
For their scrutiny Insight want to find out what is important to customers when receiving support and your feedback is needed to help identify ways to offer an effective and flexible service.
Insight want to hear from people who :
work but may want or need to find a different job,
aren't working, but want to find work, upskill or retrain, or
you are thinking of returning to work after time away.
