Use things you find to make a picture

Use things you find to make a picture

Use things that you can find in the park or in your garden to make a picture. What picture can you make from the stones, twigs and leaves you have found? Don't forget to agree with the children what they're allowed to use. For example, can they pick flowers from your garden? Leave your picture for other people to enjoy!

    Treasure Hunt at home

    Treasure Hunt at home

Set a list of things for the kids to find in the rooms in your home. It can be as easy as 'find something blue in the bathroom' or 'find three things which begin with the letter 'S' in the kitchen'. For older children, ask them to find more things than their younger brothers or sisters, or time them to see who can complete the list first.
