**Update Wednesday 6 September 2023 (Activity 1)**
Thank you to everyone who took the time to review our ‘guide to reducing moisture in your home’. We have reviewed your comments and are using them to make some positive changes to the ‘guide’. Some of these changes include, adding bubbles/boxes for top tips, adding some additional information around why some of these tips are necessary and also making sure that we use relevant imagery and design to go alongside the content. We will also make sure that we take your comments onboard and make sure that this information is available to customers across a wide range of channels, including our website.

Digital Readers Community (Activity 1)
Tell us what you think of our new (draft) guide to reducing moisture in your home. The content for this guide has been created using customer feedback from the Insight Customer Scrutiny Group’s Review into communications relating to damp, mould and condensation.
The content is currently in draft form, and the leaflet will be developed into a designed version in the future to add imagery and infographics to accompany the text. The leaflet will form part of our campaign to help customers manage the levels of moisture in their homes, as well as clear ways to report this to us if it becomes a bigger problem.
